As part of Islamic Help's commitment to help rebuild Gaza, Islamic help have launched the Gaza 100 Water Challenge to provide clean water daily to nearly 10,000 people. The project will see the construction of a new water plant, by the Palestinian Water Authority, to serve the people of Wadi as Salqa where the existing facility was destroyed in Israeli air strikes. The new facility will cost a minimum of £100,000 to construct. It will provide clean water for domestic use, reducing the risk of disease and illness.
