The word “sunnah” is used to describe the life and teachings of the Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him). The sunnah is an ultimate guidance for leading a productive, successful life.

The topic I'm going to write about today is a controversial topic however I believe that it is an issue that must be tackled. Life is forever changing, and with change comes anxiety, stress, and the necessity to prioritize our lives.
